Once Upon a Time in a Quiet Town As more and more up-and-coming actors and actresses make their way back onto our screens in September, it is shaping up to be an outstanding month for Korean dramas. Favorites among the Squid Game audience, Park Hae-soo and Lee Yoo-mi are continuing their run of success with the upcoming Korean drama series Narco-Saints and Mental Coach Jegal, respectively
Beloved actors Park Minyoung (What’s Wrong With Secretary Kim?) and Jung Ryeo-won (Witch’s Court) are also slated to make their return to television doing what they do best. The former will star in the romantic comedy Love in Contract, while the latter will star in the law procedural May It Please The Court, which will air on Disney+.
As a result of the presence of a large number of idols who also act, September is shaping up to be an excellent month for fans of K-pop who are interested in getting into Korean dramas. Joy of Red Velvet plays the role of a warm and welcoming neighbourhood policewoman in Once Upon a Small Town, and Taecyeon of 2PM and Jung Eun-ji of Apink join forces in Blind to fight for social justice on behalf of the oppressed members of society.
While this is going on, fellow idols Yeonwoo and Jung Chaeyeon play supporting roles in the rags-to-riches fantasy film Golden Spoon, which stars Sungjae of BtoB as he discovers the importance of family.
The following is a list of seven new Korean dramas that should not be missed when they first air in September of 2022.

In the meantime, Jegal Gil is having a hard time coming to terms with his own history as a former national Taekwondo athlete who was kicked off the team under mysterious circumstances, possibly as a result of his former teammate Ku Tae-man (Kwon Yool), who is now the human rights director of the athlete’s association.
